فرمان الہی بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ. الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ مَالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّالِّينَ   اللہ کے نام سے شروع جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم والا ہے. سب طرح کی تعریف خدا ہی کو (سزاوار) ہے جو تمام مخلوقات کا پروردگار ہے بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم والا انصاف کے دن کا حاکم (اے پروردگار) ہم تیری ہی عبادت کرتے ہیں اور تجھ ہی سے مدد مانگتے ہیں ہم کو سیدھے رستے چلا ان لوگوں کے رستے جن پر تو اپنا فضل وکرم کرتا رہا نہ ان کے جن پر غصے ہوتا رہا اور نہ گمراہوں کے   *        I Free Palestinevisit to ANF

Pakistan and State of Kuwait have signed 7 agreements to attract multi-billion dollars investment from the State of Kuwait in various sectors of Pakistan including Food Security/ Agriculture, Hydel Power, Water Supplies (safe drinking water and supporting mining activities), establishment of Mining Fund to support mineral industry, Technology Zones Development and Mangrove Preservation. In addition, 3 MoUs in the fields of culture & art, environment & sustainable development were also signed.
The signing ceremony took place in the presence of Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar ul Haq and First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Interior of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled Al-Ahmad Al Sabah on 29 Nov 2023. General Syed Asim Munir NI(M), Chief of Army Staff was also present during the meeting.
The two leaders underlined the importance of historical brotherly ties between the two countries and reaffirmed the desire to strengthen the fraternal ties by transforming them into a mutually rewarding economic partnership.
The leaders expressed great satisfaction at the trajectory of relations, agreed to remain in close contact, and take swift steps in further strengthening and deepening of Pakistan-Kuwait relations.
The Prime Minister also prayed for the good health of H.R.H Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, The Emir of the State of Kuwait.
Caretaker Prime Minister met His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah, Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait.
The Prime Minister reaffirmed the importance Pakistan attaches to its relationship with Kuwait and reiterated the desire to further expand bilateral cooperation in diverse fields. He underscored the resolve to forge deeper economic engagement between Pakistan and Kuwait-including in trade, energy, IT, Labour, Mineral and investments.
The Prime Minister expressed satisfaction at the close cooperation between the two countries at multilateral fora. He appreciated the measures undertaken by Kuwait for recruitment of Pakistani manpower in the fields of health, security and infrastructure.
The Crown Prince of Kuwait reciprocated the sentiments of the Prime Minister and reiterated the desire of Kuwaiti leadership to further deepen and broaden bilateral relations with Pakistan.
Caretaker Prime Minister was on two day official visit to Kuwait with the primary objective of signing of MoUs in multiple areas geared to transforming the six decades long bilateral relations into mutually beneficial economic ties.Dr Jasim Mohammed Abdullah Al-Ostad, Minister for Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy saw off Caretaker Prime Minister at Kuwait International Airport .
